Derrick Selman is the founder and CEO of 1776 Tactical Corporation, North Carolina’s leading Veteran-owned and -operated firearms dealer.

Derrick started 1776 Tactical Corporation to provide high-quality firearms and ammunition to pro-Americans that love shooting, protecting, and defending our 2^nd Amendment and the United States of America.

Derrick has 16 years of military experience as a 19D Cav Scout. He has several tours of combat and non-combat tours around the world. He currently owns multiple businesses and is married with 4 kids. He holds a Master’s degree in marketing, a bachelor’s degree in business management, and is currently working on a master's degree in history.
